Sikar-Sikar's Udyog Nagar police carried out an operation last night under the NDPS Act. The police arrested a smuggler with 6 kg of Doda Post near the Navalgarh bridge. The accused is currently being interrogated by the police.

According to Station Officer Manoj Kumar Bhatipwad, action is being taken against drug trafficking in Education City Sikar. Last night, a checking campaign was conducted near the Navalgarh bridge. During this operation, a suspicious youth was spotted standing near the bridge. When he was searched, 6.156 kilograms of Doda Post were found in his possession.


The accused, identified as Shankarram Gurjar (27), son of Shyopal Gurjar, a resident of Devpura Bani, was arrested and the Doda Post was seized from him.


During the preliminary interrogation, the accused revealed that he had brought the Doda Post from Jaipur and was taking it to his village. The investigation of the case will now be handled by Gokulpura Station Officer Preeti Beniwal. Constables Mamaraj and Sunil Kumar from the police station played a key role in the entire operation.
