Silver Price Hits All-Time High Today, Friday (July 11):
According to the India Bullion and Jewellers Association (IBJA), the price of one kilogram of silver increased by ₹2,366 on Friday, reaching ₹1,10,300 per kg. Yesterday, it was ₹1,07,934.

Meanwhile, the price of 24-carat gold has also increased today. It rose by ₹427 to reach ₹97,473 per 10 grams. Yesterday, gold was priced at ₹97,046 per 10 grams. Earlier, on June 18, silver had reached an all-time high of ₹1,09,550, and gold had touched ₹99,454.

Delhi: ₹99,150 for 24-carat gold, ₹90,900 for 22-carat gold

Gold Has Become ₹20,882 Costlier So Far This Year
Since the beginning of this year, i.e., from January 1, the price of 10 grams of 24-carat gold has increased by ₹20,882 — rising from ₹76,162 to ₹97,046. Similarly, the price of silver has also risen by ₹21,917 per kg, going from ₹86,017 to ₹1,07,934. In comparison, gold became ₹12,810 costlier during the entire year of 2024.

Gold May Reach ₹1,03,000 This Year
Ajay Kedia, Director of Kedia Advisory, says that geopolitical tensions due to U.S. tariffs are supporting gold prices. As a result, the demand for gold is increasing. In such a scenario, gold may reach up to ₹1,03,000 per 10 grams this year. Meanwhile, silver could go up to ₹1,30,000 per kilogram.
